COVID-19 UPDATES

We have taken the following steps in response to COVID-19, which continues to be an ongoing issue. 


1. If you would like to visit our office remotely you may do so by requesting a telehealth visit. A telehealth visit with a provider operates like an in-person visit except everything is conducted online.  We use a combination of DOXY.ME, ZOOM, and SKYPE to do video conferencing. The Front Office or your provider will supply you the online URL to support your video conferencing.


2. If you would like to come into the office, you may do so, but kindly wear a mask.  If you are experiencing COVID symptoms or have been exposed to someone who you know has COVID, DO NOT come into the office until waiting an appropriate period -- typically 5 days -- for the symptoms to pass. Esketamine patients, which are treated in the office, should also wear a mask.


3. New patient registration and bill pay can be done online. Call the Front Office to get a new patient packet sent to you via confidential email. To pay online, set up a Patient Portal if you haven't already done so. (Our Patient Portal is located at: https://www.valant.io/Portal/Binnacle.)
